Taster Sessions
Come and try pole dancing! This taster session is aimed at complete beginners to pole dancing, so come along and see what it's all about. Pole dancing is great for physical fitness, improving confidence and meeting lots of wonderful people. Everyone is welcome, no matter what age, gender, body shape or dance ability.
Location: We will be running the session in the Highland room (top floor) in the Salisbury Block inside the Pleasance courtyard (60 Pleasance, Edinburgh)
Dates/ times: Sunday 16th September: 13.30-14.30 14.30-15.30 15.30-16.30 Friday 21st September: 13.30-14.30 14.30-15.30 15.30-16.30 16.30-17.30 Sunday 23rd September: 14.00-14.45 14.45-15.45
What to wear?: T-shirt and leggings or shorts. We usually train in bare feet. But anything you are comfortable in is absolutely fine.
You don't need to book a ticket, just turn up to one of the sessions and our lovely committee will show you what to do
